WESTGATE RESIDENCE
Trinidad, CA
This 2,100 square foot new single-family residence was designed to fit into a rural property in the Trinidad area. The small buildable footprint required a multiple level building that stepped with the land’s slope.
The building was designed in a more modern style. The facade utilized a combination of corrugated metal, lap siding, and stucco. The interior utilized open, interconnected space to made the home feel larger and open it up to the views of the ocean.
Unfortunately, the project was never able to be completed and was stalled before the full construction documents were completed.
