Transforming a charming mid-century residence, our project aimed to infuse modern functionality while preserving its inherent beauty. The comprehensive remodel encompassed key areas, including the kitchen, butler pantry, laundry room, mud room, three-quarter bathroom, master bathroom, and a guest bedroom.
Mindful of preserving the existing structure, our approach focused on maximizing the use of existing spaces with minimal alterations to walls and structural elements. The final layouts embraced simplicity, reflecting an open, light-filled ambiance.
At Cairns Architecture, we collaborated closely with the homeowners, not only on their design layout needs, but also in curating a selection of interior finishes and products that harmonized with the overall vision and existing style.
