CUTTEN IN-LAW ADDITION

The project was a simple conceptual design to provide the owner with a visual representation of what was possible for an addition to her existing single-family residence.
The house is situated on a steep site and has a very large crawl space with ceiling heights up to 10’-0” tall. Finishing off the space would allow for a small in-law unit as well as additional living spaces to supplement the main residence.
Unfortunately, while the owner liked the proposed layout the project never moved forward beyond the conceptual stage.
